Here’s how to find us: Arvada is located on 119th Street in the northwest Wichita/Maize area between 29th Street and 37th Street. It’s pretty hard to miss driving on 119th from either north or south as the gorgeous, brightly colored, two-story homes beckon for you to stop in and explore the neighborhood. For now, you can park on the street and enter through the front of our other model home, the Rawlings next door to this one, at 12016 W. Arvada Blvd.
