Build Within Our Buildable Area
Your new home needs to be built within our designated "Buildable Area." This ensures that your home meets all zoning and planning requirements.
Special Financing Required
You’ll need a Construction Loan to finance the building of your home. We can connect you with trusted lenders to guide you through the process.

Own the Land, Build the Dream

How Our Buy & Build Process Works

With our Buy & Build option, you own the land, and we handle the rest. Miller Family Homes typically finances the construction of your home and related costs, like utilities and landscaping. Once your new home is built, you’ll go through a final closing process to take full ownership. Here’s what you need to know to get started.

Financing the Build
We cover the costs of building your home, including site preparation and connecting utilities. You’ll need to be prepared for a final closing once construction is complete.
Get Pre-Approved
A specialized construction loan is required to finance your new build. Talk to a lender early in the process to understand your options and get pre-approved.
Lender Recommendations:
Don’t have a lender yet? No worries! We can recommend trusted lenders who specialize in construction loans to help you through the process.
