To show our appreciation, we’re offering you a complimentary Mini Lifestyle Photo Shoot to commemorate your new home journey. We hope you and your family look back on the whole process and these photos with nostalgia, joy and accomplishment.

The Details
  • 30-45 Minute Mini Lifestyle Photo Shoot.
  • Within two weeks of your photo shoot date you’ll recieve a link to download 10-15 fully-edited, high-quality photos to post, print and showcase as you choose.
  • It’s complimentary, not redeemable for cash or credit, cannot be transferred.
  • Redeem within a 6-month time frame starting from closing day.
  • Must schedule out a minimum of 1 month before chosen photo-shoot day.

For example, if you wait until month 5 after closing day to schedule a shoot, it must be within the 6-month time frame or the offer expires. In this example, there would be no rescheduling opportunity provided. Please be mindful that our schedules might be booked out, so please don’t wait last minute to redeem this.

Scheduling Information

We have a variety of scheduling options. Fill out the Photo Shoot Scheduling Form and provide us with your preferred photo shoot date, a secondary photo shoot date and availablity for a photo shoot, should neither of your preferred dates and times be available. For example, if a perfect time would be most Saturdays before noon or Friday Evenings after 6pm, include this information.

After we recieve the form, someone from the Miller Family Homes marketing department will be in touch to finalize the details of scheduling your photo shoot. One of our photographers may be in conact as well to confirm dates and times prior to the photo shoot date.

1 Rescheduling Day is Provided.* You must cancel and reschedule your photo shoot date with the Miller Family Homes Marketing Department or the scheduled photographer a minimum of 24-hours before your scheduled time and date to receive a rescheduled session. A new appointment date must be made at the time of cancellation, except in cases of severe illness or other serious matters including death in the family or other at the discretion of Miller Family Homes or the photographer. Miller Family Homes or the photographer will provide an available schedule and time frame for rescheduling, depending upon the reason for cancellation and 6-month time frame set at the closing date.

*Please note that if your initail scheduled photo shoot date was made 5 months out from your closing date, you will not receive a rescheduling opportunity.

Choosing a Theme for Your Photo Shoot

Pick an activity you love doing with your family at or around your home here in Wichita, Kansas. If you choose an outdoor activity (front or backyard), please pick an indoor activity as a backup in case the weather is bad. We will approve activity selections.

Examples and ideas for themes include: Cooking, playing video games, watching movies and eating snacks, kicking the soccer ball, throwing the football/rugby ball/softball/baseball/etc., playing with toys (legos, dolls, action figures), roller blading, skateboarding, pogo sticking, riding bikes, reading, baking a dessert like homemade ice cream or snow cones, making dinner, playing with play dough, playing with electric cars, jumping on the trampoline, sitting by the fire, dying eggs, painting/carving pumpkins, putting up holiday decor, making smores, doing a puzzle, painting, drawing, fishing at neighborhood pond, playing with pets, coloring, gardening, blowing bubbles, playing on the backyard jungle gym, wood working, flying paper airplanes, playing instruments, painting toys and much more!

Be sure to determine a backup theme or activity in the instance that your original one doesn’t work out, even if your original one is an indoor activity.

Please note that Miller Family Homes will not provide any items for your shoot, so you must have things prepared and ready beforehand. For example, if you plan to make homemade ice cream, please have all the ingredients, instructions and needed items to make it before your session begins.

Photo Permissions & Use

We want to showcase our customers and families! We ask that you provide Miller Family Homes permission to use the photos from the photo shoot for our marketing purposes. You may opt out of this. You can fill out the Photo Release form here.

We will provide you social media and printing permissions. You’ll receive approximately 10-15 fully-edited, high-quality photos through a link within two weeks of your photo shoot date. You will be able to download the photos from the provided link and print, post and use them as you choose! You’ll need to read and sign the Print Release form to be able to print the photos. If you don’t have the inital one from your photo shoot, you can request a new one by filling out the form below. If you want to review what this form looks like, you can do so here.

Photo shoots and photographers are arranged by the Miller Family Homes Marketing Team. All photographers are either employees of, or contracted by Miller Family Homes and are thoroughly vetted.

You should have been provided with a print release form during your photo shoot. If you weren’t, fill out this form to request a Print Release Form. We’ll send you a form with our information filled in. Please read and sign the form to use when you’re printing photos from your photo shoot. Need to Reschedule?
