The Fall Parade of Homes’ weekends are September 30th & October 1st, October 7th & 8th, October 14th & 15th from Noon-6 pm.

Can’t make it during the weekends? Stop by our new Welcome Center or schedule an appointment to tour our award-winning model and Parade of Homes entry or any of our available Designer Homes during the week. Our Welcome Center is open Wednesdays 1 pm-5 pm, Fridays-Saturdays from 11 am-5 pm, and Sundays from 1 pm-5 pm and by appointment. Several of our homes in Clear Creek and Southern Ridge are available to Tour On Your Own, seven days a week!
