We’ve got big news!
Our snazzy new Welcome Center & Model home is on schedule to open the first weekend of the Parade of Homes, April 15th and 16th!
We are so very excited to show off our new Welcome Center and model! Our team has worked tirelessly to get ready for these to open and are ready for you to be able to explore them for yourself! Don’t miss the soft opening during the Spring Parade of Homes as we’ll have a giveaway with some great prizes you could win, lenders available, and more all readily available to assist you! In the meantime, we wanted to provide a little sneak peek of some of the gorgeous details you’ll find in our new model.
But first, a little bit about the new Welcome Center. Typically, the sales office for most builders – including ourselves – is located inside the model home, tucked away in a bedroom. Well not anymore for Miller Family Homes! Our new Welcome Center is a one-of-a-kind, beautifully decorated space loaded with information about buying and building in Clear Creek. With free espresso and other beverages you’ll want to take advantage, sit back, relax and enjoy exploring all Miller Family Homes has to offer for your pathway to homeownership. Chat with a New Home Specialist or explore on your own using our helpful customer resource-enabled TV.
Now on to the exciting new model home! You’ll exit the Welcome Center and then enter the gorgeously stylized model through the front door highlighted with gorgeous side lights.
